the installation is prompting a close safaricloudhisto

ok im trying to install adobe creative suite CS5 master collection to my mini mac. It is prompting to close safaricloudhisto to continue installation. My safari is closed and theres nothing else open. what can it be? and what do I have to do to finish installing program? How can i fix this? Please advise.
