The installation is stop in OS Catalina

I have subscribe and try to install the Creative Cloud & Illutstrator into the new OS Catalina , but both of them stop during the installation . I have no idea how to continue the installtion . Any solution ?

    Darknightthk, sorry you are having difficulties installing Illustrator CC on macOS 10.15.  What Adobe software titles are currently installed on the computer?  Do you receive any specific error messages during the install process?  If not, then please check the install log for the relevant log message.  You can find information on how to locate and interpret the log files at https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html.

     

    I will look forward to your update on this public forum discussion. Please feel free to post any error messages you discover within the log file.
