Hi !

I have a problem with my adobe xd cc 2018 version the problem is when try to open some files they Tell me that I have to upgrade my windows system I have windows 10 home and when I upgrade it that is not work please help me to solve the problem

Which version of Windows 10 you have installed (exact number)?

Which error message do you get when you try to open the files?

If it's possible post some screenshots.
