The licensing library encountered and error ????

I Was Trying to get a trail of After Effects CC but when it finished installing It said : The licensing library encountered and error; you may need to reinstall. I don't know if I should reinstall it or if theirs a fix. I haven't yet reinstall cause it takes a while to install.

PLEASE HELP
