The OS on this computer is incompatible with the Photoshop desktop app.

I can't figure out why photoshop won't download. I have up to date OS and drivers. These are my Windows specifications:

 

Edition - Windows 11 Pro
Version - 24H2
Installed on - ‎03/‎11/‎2024
OS build - 26100.2161
Experience - Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.32.0 

 

Is there any other potential issues?

Most Creative Cloud apps work on these operating systems with the latest updates:

  • Windows 11 (64-bit) versions 23H2, 22H2; Windows 10 versions 22H2, 21H2;
  • MacOS 14.7 (Sonoma), 13.6.7 (Ventura), 12.7.6 (Monterey).

Update: It was something to do with the Opera Browser, your guess is as good as mine why.
