The possibility of contacting

I need help: I would like to contact Adobe Customer Service, but he is probably not available now!

Telephonically, it's not possible, since I have to work at the time specified. However, the chat remains closed when I choose to use it. Do you have any other contact options? A message by email? Kontaktformular?

I find that to be totally out of order.

there are 3 avenues open to contact adobe support:

 

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare
