the problem of cancellation of the card

Hello, the map didn't have enough money to pay for a subscription , it was not possible to fill up the card, now I have deposited the amount, will once again attempt deducting the amount for the subscription?

Hi,

I understand that you have a Creative Cloud subscription and your payment got failed due to the insufficient funds in your card.

I would like to inform you that the payment is a cyclic process of 7 days so the system will automatically re-attempt for the payment after 7 days of the first payment failure date.

Also would like to inform you that if you update your card details in your admin console then the payment will get initiated within 24 to 48 hours.

Please go through this link in order to update the card details: Update the credit card for your Creative Cloud account
