the program can't start because COMCTL32.dll is missing from your computer

Alternatively you can search if you have any other COMCTL32.dll versions on your system.

Tell us your Windows version & edition if you need help replacing the missing DLL.

That is an operating system file; try running the System File Checker

sfc /scannow

You may need your original Windows install disk during the process.

That post is useless without somne system information and telling people exactly what program you are referring to.
