The purchase of Creative Suite 6 Design Standard license can be made from Romania?

To further clarify, can this purchase be made directly from a Romania vendor? Otherwise would this be considered an imported product?

I want to buy it from here: Creative Suite 6.

So I want to know if:

- can this license be purchased by a retailer from Romania? And can that retailer further sell it to me (a company)?

- will this purchase be considered an import? Or this purchase (from the link posted above) would be a local transaction (romania to romania).
