The serial number entered is incorrect for this product (CS 5 Production Premium)

Hello,

We cannot use our licence of CS5 Production Premium. The error message is "the serial number entered is incorrect for this product".

We've used the downloaded version of the software (instead of the installation CD).

This licence was previously used on another computer before. We don't have access anymore to this computer.

What can we do so tat this licence works?
