My serial numbers, apparently due to your mistake, were canceled, I don’t understand why you did this, I am the owner of these serial numbers, I bought from the online store allsoft.ru in 2019. These numbers: Photoshop Elements 2019 [removed by moderator] and Premiere Elements [removed by moderator]

the website could have been the culprit, though publishing even partial serial numbers (like you may have done) can also cause invalidation.
