The serial number is already in use by a maximum of 2 computers

Question

I have an old CS6 Premium licence that I wish to use for day to day work. The probles is that it has already been used on 2 different computers that I no longer use. Is there a way to reset or «deauthorize» some copies of the software so I can use it on a third computer?

You may need to PERSIST or TRY AGAIN to find a support agent with more experience
