The Uninstall button doesn't do anything need help...

Question

I use win10 and trying to uninstall Premiere, when I do it from apps or control panel, it always open creative cloud apps for me, and then when I click on 'uninstall' in creative cloud app, nothing happens, I tried closing the app and redo the whole thing it just won't react, really need help I can't uninstall Premiere now

Thank you for posting your query here.

Please try to Sign out from the Creative Cloud App and Uninstall the Creative Cloud App first. Once the Creative Cloud App is Uninstalled, please Go to "Add or Remove Programs" under Control Panel and Uninstall Premiere Pro. After the uninstalling is complete, please restart your computer and install the Creative Cloud App from https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
