The world's worst install process
I hope someone from Adobe reads this and actually fixes the problem. None of your instructions work! Starting with downloading the app after I paid for it, the link in the e-mail you sent does not lead to a page where I can download the app. When I finally found the correct place and downloaded the app, the installation failed with an error message containing a link to trouble shoot the problem. That link was also a dead end. Searching the forums I finally found a link to a YouTube video which provided a work around. Bottom line is I spent an hour doing something that should have taken five minutes because Adobe is incompetent. How can I trust your software when your installation process is this broken?
