there are no updates available

Hello, i´m using Win10 and Creative Cloud. Since Oct. 2019 no updates are available for my PC.

My collegue in front of me with the same system gets 3 Updates in this time.

My last versions are always .0 in extension. Updates are activated.

Any ideas or answers? Thx
