There is an issue with your payment details...
So I'm just posting this to see if this is affecting anyone else.
|My CC subscription has just renewed, nothing has changed, all payments still being made from the same account.
I logged in to my adobe account to download my monthly invoice so I could file it in my accounts, at the top of the browser window was this big red message banner telling me there was an issue with my payment details. I checked my payment details and they are all still current.
I opened a chat and ended up dealing with a person, who checked my account and told me everything looked fine at Adobes end but that they would reset my account anyway, so I thought I would check again today to see if the message had gone away. Still there.
Does anyone else have this showing up?
