"There’s a billing issue with your payment", no chat available
The chat system is closed at 7 am Sunday, although it says they are open 4:30 am Sunday - 5:30 pm Friday.
HELP!!
I selected Illustrator, then went to "Pay now".... The amount is zero because our institute has an institute-wide license so individuals do not have to pay.
In this interaction with Adobe I had never, so far, been asked to enter Visa card information. I suspect this may be the problem, despite the $zero bill.
Does anyone know of a tel number to contact a human?
