there was a problem installing lightroom

Hi, today i bought a photographer pack with lightroom in it, and when i was installing it, i got the message: "there was a problem installing lightroom" Error 305. I tried installing it agaim, and reinstalling the wole adobe creative colud, but i couldnt fix it. I watched some indian videos, but still nothing. I installed Photoshop without errors, so i dont know what the problem is, What shouzl i do?
