There was a problem processing your order

Hello, 

I am trying to buy Adobe Creative Cloud plan as a student but I am getting this error ( There was a problem processing your order, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance) since last month. I have tried it from different computers but couldn't be successfull. Can someone help me with this issue?
