They canceled my subscription without me confirming

I contacted them today asking for a payment break as I'm on short hours for the next 3 month, due to corona19 and with out even conforming my disission of canceling they just went ahead and canceled my subscription and now iv lost my working platform...  Pissed off is not the word all I wanted is for them to allow me 3 month free and I would be back in a good possion to pay again. Loads of colleagues have asked the same and they got it.  Don't get there thinking behind this.

• Has any one else had the same issue if so how did you over come it and is there any other platform for editing pics and producing film that you can recommend?
