If you gave them your credit card details, started a trial, and did not bother to cancel, sure you subscribed. That's what the agreement says, do you mean you didn't read it?

My friend , not in any specific second I gave them a number of my credit card , it was saved in my google account ( which I think is where they took the details without my authorization or some dodgy system I have never seen before ) , I had adobe trials befor without this happening , again , Never , never , never I wrote a dope any number of my credit card , so , I’m waiting for someone responsible to answer because I am curious to see their answer , I am not the first one I have read here in the forum people who had similar problems , it’s a joke that a company big as a dope acts like this , it’s childish tryna do

bad to people for money , look at Netflix[profanity removed by moderator] , it’s unbelivable .

This is not Adobe Customer Services. You will hear from people who agree with you, and you will hear from people who disagree, but you won't hear from the people who can fix it.

I see Test_Screen_Name provided the information you'd need for possible fraud/scam/identity theft. If you did get the trial from Adobe, though, you will have to contact customer support for help with this. Users here can't help with account or billing issues.

If you never gave Adobe your credit card, and you don't have any purchases on your Adobe account, you have a worse problem: someone has stolen your card details, and used them to buy an Adobe subscription. This happens a lot. Apparently, some "cheap Adobe" sites use stolen cards to provide a cheap subscription, as well as individual hackers. It's big business, but Adobe don't have any control over it. So, contact your card issuer right away if you don't see anything in your Adobe account. (If you do see something in your account, check with your family).

They say that if you do a trial and don’t cancel you automatically subscribe, but , I didn’t see this information anywhere and WORSE, if they subscribed me to the service they didn’t let me know and they used my cred details saved by google, how come it goes from first party to the third and the most important one which is me the client has no knowledge about anything ?
