"This card was purchased in a country that does not match your Adobe ID."

Hi there....

I spent last summer in Canada and created an Adobe Account there. But after I returned to Germany, I changed my residence to "German". Now I just bought a code for downloading Adobe Phtoshop (in Germany!) but it doesn't work. Adobe tells me  "This card was purchased in a country that does not match your Adobe ID."

I don't understand: I bought in Germany, my account says  I am German and I live in Germany. What do I have to do now??

ich habe letzten Sommer in Kanada verbracht und mir dort einen Adobe Account erstellt. Nun bin ich wieder in Deutschland, habe dementsprechend meinen Wohnort beim account auf "Deutsch geändert" Gestern erwarb ich einen Code, um Photoshop zu installieren, allerdings wird mir gesagt, dass die Code-Karte in einem anderen Land erworben wurde, und nicht mit meinem Adobe Account- Heimatland übereinstimmt.

Wie kann das sein? Ich habe alles auf Deutsch eingestellt und die Karte in Deutschland erworben. Was kann ich tun?
