I got this email saying that my ID hadn't been sent so my account wasn't accepted, saying that it would be cancelled within 7 days.

That was on 20/10/2016 and you've been taking money from me and did NOT cancel.I did not agree to this new contract we suddenly have and when I went to cancel it, you tried to charge me 80$.

I do not wish to have to go to a lawyer. I would suggest you contact me ASAP.

My pleasure. It sounds like an administrative mistake and they are usually pretty good at putting these things right.

Hello there,

I have passed details of your case onto Adobe

This is the message I sent:

Could someone have a look at the case of The user applied for an Academic subscription but did not supply any proof of an academic association. They were told of this by sales and informed the subscription would be cancelled in seven days. The thread is ambiguous but it looks as if the Op was instead transferred to a non academic plan without permission and has been charged ever since. The OP is now being asked for a penalty fee of $80 for early termination.

I am not an Adobe employee so cannot help you directly , but if someone from the company has not contacted you within a few days please send me an email or reply here and I'll try to pursue it further for you.

Thank you so much, I've been in chat for HOURS and they keep telling me the same stuff over and over and over. Telling me they never even sent me an email, even though I showed them that screen shot for proof.
