TRUST ME MY WAY WILL DEFINITELY WORK.....

FIRST OF ALL YOU DONT NEED TO DELETE OR CHANGE FOLDER NAME OR ANYTHING

ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS SIGN OUT....

1) OPEN ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD

******Quits All Adobe background processes  (USING TASK MANAGER/UNDER SUB SECTION OF ADOBE CREATIVE)

Adobe CEF Helper

Adobe Creative Cloud

Adobe IPC Broker

Adobe Genuine Software Integrity Service

CCLibraries

CCXProcess

Creative Cloud

CoreSync

******(ALL THIS BELOW STEPS TO BE DONE AFTER DOWNLOADING ILLUSTRATOR OR ANY OTHER CC )*****

2)THERE IS DROPDOWN OPTION IN THE TAB BESIDE YOUR ADOBE LOGIN LOGO....

CLICK THAT AND THERE U WILL SEE OPTION OF LOGOUT...LOGOUT FROM ADOBE ACCOUNT.

3)NOW OPEN ILLUSTRATOR FROM DESKTOP WITHOUT USING ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD

4)NOW AFTER OPENING ILLUSTRATOR U WILL SEE THAT WHITE BLUE SPINNING SCREEN AGAIN FOR FEW SECOND....THEN IT WILL REDIRECT YOU TO SIGN IN COLUMN....

********OPEN YOUR DEFAULT BROWSER AND TURN OF PROXY SETTINGS.**********

5)THEN FROM ILLUSTRATOR TRY SIGN IN USING FACEBOOK OR GOOGLE ID    

(DONT SIGN IN USING ADOBE ACCOUNT...IT WILL TAKE UH BACK TO THAT STUCK SCREEN)

6)IF UH GET SUCCEFULL SIGNING IN WITH *GOOGLE ACCOUNT* OR FACEBOOK U WILL SURPASS THAT WHITE LOADING SCREEN.

(THIS STEP REQUIRE QUIT EFFORT,BUT IF UH DID THIS,U LL GET THROUGH IT)

ALL THIS HAPPEN DUE TO USING ADOBE ACCOUNT IN MULTIPLE DEVICE.

Thanks for this, but when writing instructions to solve a problem DO NOT USE ALL CAPS as that

  • is difficult to read
  • means shouting at the reader.

Do not use abbreviations like "u" for "you". Automatic translation for non-English speaking persons will work much better.
