This is the dumbest question everybody in this forum is going to herar today.: Can I buy Photoshop Elements 13 without any monthly fee to Adobe? I want to buy the product and "walk away."

Based on my last visit to Adobe, I was under the impression that I could not buy this product straight-out; I had to pay a monthly subscription fee.  Did I have this wrong to begin with or has that changed?

    Photoshop Elements 13 is only available as Stand alone product which comes with serial number,

    It is not available as monthly or yearly subscription .
