Website comes up as "this page cannot be displayed" when trying to download Adobe Photoshop Elements 11. Why does it do this?

    Photoshop Elements 11 is no longer available on our website to download as the latest version is v12

    Please try downloading from the direct download links available at : http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-11-direct-download-links-pse-premiere-pre.html

    But make sure you follow the very important instructions on the page before initaiting the download.

    you have to have creative cloud downloaded and installed first I think
