This serial number has already been registered. Products can only be registered once?

I have a sw license certificate this is the response I get when I type in the windows serial number. I get "this is not a valid number for my mac serial number. How do I fix this. I still am running my windows install on my old PC.

Windows and Mac programs are different... and so are their serial numbers

You may use your Windows serial number to install and activate on two Windows computers... and on ZERO Mac computers

That has nothing to do with the question.

The question is how do I correct adobes files so my windows product is registered to me and my mac serial number is valid so i can download and install
