This serial number is not for a qualifying product.

I own Adobe Pro 20.0.

I have it installed on one laptop and want to put it on another.

I can see the serial number on my account page. I downloaded the software from there.

I have installed it, and now it says that it’s not the serial number for a qualifying product. But I do own 20 and this is the right serial number (number changed to all 9s in screenshot for privacy)

Is it that this version is not supported, that I cannot install it any more?

Or it thinks this is an upgrade? I’m not trying to upgrade.

We found the answer! Raul spent about an hour going through my installation, clearing it and doing it again, kept having the same problem. He was so patient, trying everything.

Turns out, it’s poor wording on the screen.

They wanted the license number of my PRIOR version of Adobe (I previously had 2017). So when we selected that version along with it’s serial number (all visible from my account) it worked. So simple.
