Today my cloud storage (libraries) is gone and Lightroom and Photoshop are reseted

after i started my system today i found that lightroom opens with an empty catalog.

photoshop starts but the settings are at default. all teh vcahgesd i made to teh UI are reseted.

but that is not the worst.... my cloud libraries are empty. gone... 😞

i did nothing with that PC. and i sure did not delete my cloud libraries.

also my adobe cloud app only shows that lightroom and camera raw is installed, no other apps.

but photoshop starts fine.
