Computer broke and Adobe Acrobat Full version / stand alone can’t be used on the new computer.

Error message: License activated on too many devices but in my account the list of devices is empty.

    your account info about legacy apps isn’t relevant. 

     

    the only way to recover an activation is to use a computer that has a current activation (and that meets adobe’s security standards).  if that’s impossible, it’s impossible to recover an activation.
