trail with bought student contract

hey i have bought a student option for £10 it was working fine but i had to restart my computer this caused me reinstalling everything including creative Claude  and Photoshop. its now says that i only have a 7 day trail. Does anyone have any idea what i could do?

Did you try to uninstall and reinstall a second time?

Did you completely sign out of CC Manager and then back in?

Are you on a mac or windows machine?

Can you send a screen shot of what you are seeing when you open Lightroom and also your CC Manager?

1. No i haven'r tried to reinstall cc manager

2. No i haven't signed out, i had to get  my pc repaired and after repair the whole pc had to be reset to factory settings. After reinstalling CC and signing back in to it, it only allowed me to try out the 7 day trail.
