Transaction History receipt

I updated my subscription today for Creative Cloud CC and need a record of previous monthly payments made prior to this update. Unfortunately when I go through the suggested process of; Manage plan_Plan details_Payment details...the Billing History section doesn't appear I only have the 'edit payment details' and Redeem a redemption code' links.

The billing history was there before I renewed my subscription and activated the new redemption code but I didn't save it then thinking it would show the latest along with the older monthly charges. Now there is no billing history at all.

Any ideas where I can go to get it?

Hi Paul,

If your billing history for the previous cycle isn't showing up under Manage plan, the best bet is to Contact Customer Care to get an invoice.
