Question

Transfer Adobe cc to new PC

I currently subscribe to Adobe CC, I have purchased a new PC and wish to install my Apps on this.

I am using both my log ins on my current PC and my mobile Laptop which I use all the time.

As it will take me sometime to fully set my new PC I don't want to immediately transfer a log in to it.

Can anybody suggest how I can fully install/set up Adobe CC on my new PC, maybe using a trial log in and then swap for my paid for log in at the end

Thanks

There is no need to take the trial however, especially as it converts now to a paid version if not cancelled.

What I would do:

Install the software on the new computer and sign in to test all you need to test. If you need to access one of your old computers, you may be able to sign in that again. You simply sign out one of the two other computers. That works quite seamlessly and allows you to have the software installed on multiple computers (even more than 3) and changing from computer to computer as required.

On how many computers can I use my Creative Cloud subscription?

If I sign out of my exsisting PC and sign in to my new one will I still be able to continue using CC on the old one  and if so for how long?

Thanks

Hi

You can be signed in on two computers according to your license.

If you have a third, you can keep your installation, but need to sign out on one and sign into the other.

Sign OUT of your Cloud account on computer A or B to be able to use on computer C

-via https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activate-deactivate-products.html

Once set up on C, sign out there and sign in on your old computer

Thanks for the information.

For a period time I will be moving a lot of historic files etc between my old computer and the new one (C). Will I still be able to use the Adobe CC apps on (C) without having to continually loging in and out of the two computers and if yes for for how long

Thanks

As you already know (from what you wrote in your original message) you may have 2 computers active at a time

Signing in on your new computer will be one of those two, for as long as you stay signed in
