Transfer Adobe Design Standard without Login Information

I have a Adobe Design Standard CS5.5 installed on a computer and would like to transfer the license/activation key to another computer. I do not have the login information since someone else, who is no longer with the company, installed it. Is there a way to transfer it without the login? Thanks!

If you have the serial number you may install CS5.5 to another machine. Please check Activate and deactivate Adobe products
