Transfer Adobe Marketplace Add-Ings

If the add-in is listed under Inactive, make sure "COM Add-ins" is selected in the "Manage" drop-down and click "Go...". Check the checkbox next to the Add-in and click "OK".   

i don't know if you can transfer from one adobe id to another.  check with adobe support:

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
