Transfer Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 to new MacBook Pro

I just updated my MacBook to new MacBook Pro.  The Apple Store transferred all my information and programs to my new MacBook Pro but I cannot open the Adobe Photoshop Elements 12.  I try to open it but it says that I have to buy it again.  Is that correct?

Tell everyone you know who owns a Mac, including Apple employees... Mac Migration and Time Machine DO NOT WORK properly with Adobe program activations due to hidden registration files that are not included when Migration or Time Machine make their copies

Code 150:30 License fix https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/error-licensing-stopped-mac-os.html may help

If the above link doesn't fix your problem... deactivate, uninstall, and do a fresh install

    Download & Install instructions https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2003339

-kglad links in reply #1 here https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2260248 will help

-you will need to enter your original serial number during install for non-Cloud programs
