I have recently got a new laptop and am trying to transfer photoshop and lightroom (creative cloud photography plan) from the old computer to the new........how do I go about it. I have paid a yearly subscription.
You do not transfer Adobe applications/licenses between machines - it will not work. You need to install using installation files.
Download/install the desktop application, sign in, install the subscription application(s).
