Do you have the original installation disks and the serial number?

what exact problem do you see when installing and activating?

You need to deactivate the license on the old computer and then activate on the new computer: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/activate-deactivate-products.html . If you do not have the old computer or it crashed, you should still have 1 remaining licenses as each license was allowed to be activated on 2 devices. If you have used up both activations and can no longer deactivate the original activations, then you are out of luck and need to consider purchasing the latest Creative Cloud or consider alternative solutions as Adobe is no longer resetting activation counts as of this year.
