Transfer CS5 To new PC

Question

I know I need to deactivate Cs5 on my old PC. Then I need to download CS5 from Adobe web site. However,

I have a note that says the installation files must be in the same directoy as during initial installation. I this applies to my new PC that will be a problem.

Please help. maybe I'm wrong, and it doesn't matter where I locate the installation files?

that note is misleading or you're mis-reading it.

in any case, just download the installation files and install

if you need/want to deactivate your previous install/activation click help>deactivate.
