My PC with windows is not working and have decided to change to Macbook Pro OS yosemite. Can I transfer the license to my new mac?

If you bought a boxed version from a retail store my understanding is that both types of install discs are in the box

If you bought a download version less than 30 days ago my understanding is that you may contact Adobe sales for a swap
