transfer from windows to mac

I have bought Adobe Master Collection CS6 software sometime in 2012 for Windows platform. Recently I have bought MAC hence wondering if I can transfer my CS6 for Windows to MAC OS? Please let us know if this is possible to transfer? Thank you.
