Transfer/Install the entire Adobe cc suite to an external harddrive?

I'm currently using Macbook pro 13" 2015 running yosemite (10.10.x) and I only have 128gbs on my Macbook. Is it possible to transfer the entire Adobe suite to my external harddrive? My external harddrive has 2tbs so it'll be more than enough space. The external harddrive is formatted as ExFAT right now. Thanks

I am not 100% sure about this, but I do not think the installer will allow installing to a removable drive... since doing so could lead to a situation where the drive is unplugged and that would cause Cloud and/or operating system problems

The desktop manager has to be installed on the main system drive.

To change Install Location for Applications...

With the CC application opened, choose the little gear icon in the upper right corner and then choose Preferences.  In the Preferences screen select Creative Cloud and then look for the Install Location drop down

I chose the new install location now to my external. Do I have to delete my current Adobe suite then redownload it now?
