transfer license to new computer

I installed CS6 on the PC computer. Last week, my computer HDD crashed.

Now, I have a big problem. I cannot deactivation. Also, I cannot install the CS6 to new computer.

I had serial number & Adobe ID on hand, But how to do that?

    You are allowed to have two machines with activated installations so if you only ever had the one installation you still have an activation available.   CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/cs6-product-downloads.html
