Transfer od license adobe design premium CS5

Hi,

I've Adobe Design Premium CS5 Windows and I want to transfer the license.

Adobe support tell me that I have to publish a message here to open a ticket to start the license transfer process.

Any help?

Adobe support was incorrect. This is a user to user forum with only occasional participation by Adobe employees, and those Adobe employees that do reply here do not have the power to do that.

adobe support does not offer any support for cs5 license transfer. i'm pretty sure they advised the op to go to the forums to get help on how to start the license transfer process.

you don't transfer a license.

if you no longer want it on a particular computer, open a cs5 app on that computer and click help > deactivate BUT don't do that until you've secured your serial number.

to install on a new computer, start the installation file and when prompted for your serial number to activate your cs5, enter it.

if you have any problem finding your serial number or the installation file, post here.

I want to transfer a license for another user. I filled out the transfer of license form, but how do I send it?
