Transfer of License of Photoshop CS4

That is my eMailt to Adobe. But I do not know to whom I should send it. I don't have a eMail-address. 

Please complete ownership of a license for Photoshop CS4. Now both of the license transferor (current owner) and the recipient (new owner) have completed a Transfer of License form. Both forms are attached.

It would be very nice if you would give me ownership for that license the quickly so I expect your message quickly. I could not get a case number. Excuse me please for that.

Does one of you know where to send?
