Transfer Premiere Elements 10 to new PC

I purchased Premiere Elements app. 2 years ago, and installed it on my then PC. Now I have purchased a new PC, and would like to install the software on the new notebook. How to do that?

    download the installation files and install.  if you need to deactivate your previous install/activation, open your no-longer-needed pse 10 and click help>deactivate.  if you cannot do that, contact adobe support for an activation count reset, http://www.adobe.com/support/chat/ivrchat.html
