Recently bought new pc. Have acrobat reader paid subscript on old one.

Followed all instructions to deactivate/activate . No luck. Cant find serial #.

Adobe says I only have free version despite paying 14.99/mo for more than a year.

Can anyone help?

...Have acrobat reader paid subscript on old one...

Which Adobe programs does this affect exactly?

To use Acrobat Reader you don't need a subscription. It's free.

My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 11 Pro 25H2 -- LR-Classic 15 - Photoshop 27 - Nik Collection 9 - PureRAW 6 - Topaz Photo AI

I wish I could give a better answer. I've been paying 14.99/mo. more than a
year. However Adobe says I only have free version. I do have full creating
and editing ability. What the program actually is called, I dont know.
Regardless, I need to use it in new pc. But how?

>>>However Adobe says I only have free version.

Free version or trial?

When you open the software, click Help > System Info and tell us what the first few lines say.

Lost information https://community.adobe.com/t5/Premiere-Pro/Find-serial-number-without-Adpbe-ID/td-p/7769446
- page has links to programs to find an installed serial number in Mac or Windows
- Also https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/find-serial-number.html
- when you find your serial number(s) write them down and put in a desk drawer
