Transfer Windows Lic to Mac

Besides my Photoshop / Lightroom Abo I still have a CS4 Adobe Creative Suite Web Premium as a Windows version. I recently switched from Windows to Mac.I still would like to use the Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Acrobat from this package as I use them quite seldom. Is there any possibility to change the Windows license to an Mac lic?

    Not for CS4. That upgrade windows closed long ago.

    You'll have to buy CS6 or upgrade to a Cloud Complete Plan.
