Hello guys, im currently trying to set up a transfer of my adobe photoshop 7.0 license to a buyer. I went already and got my case number set up,i just need to complete the transfer form on my end. For some reason tho I can't seem to download the form, anytime i try it says 'file isn't available on site". Does anyone know why? Any help would greatly appreciated.

Correct answer Jeffrey_A_Wright

try from a locale.  if that fails, the problem is probably on adobe's end and there's not much you can do but wait to see if the problem resolves with time.

Calm. I am sorry, but Photoshop 7 can no longer be activated, so it is not possible to transfer the license. I am sorry, but there is nothing to transfer as there is no value to your license for Photoshop 7 in 2025. Please see https://adobe.ly/3LdsaIf for information on how to manage any remaining activations for any other Adobe software titles you may have purchased, Calm. ^JW

20+ year-old PS 7.0 is so obsolete, I don't think a license transfer is possible. And why would anyone want an app that old? It needs an old PC running Win7 with Service Pack 1, which doesn't exist anymore. More importantly, PS 7 can't recognize modern computers with TBs of memory. It's just too old.

I know, i have no idea the buyers reason, i assume they figured out some way of using it. I'm just doing all i can to make it happen for them.

As Adobe Employee @Jeffrey_A_Wright  already said, it's not possible to transfer a license, nor is it possible to activate PS 7.0.  You have your final answer on this.

Tell your buyer to get a supported Adobe product.

Photoshop Elements (3 year license).
