Transfering CS3 from XP to Windows 7 (XP computer not working, so can't uninstall)

I want to install an old copy of CS3 on my windows 7 computer.

It was previously installed on an XP machine, which now doesn't work.

I can't install it on the windows 7 machine until I've uninstalled it on the XP machine, which I can't do because it doesn't work.

What can I do to fix this?
